Timber Rings
These rings are the most miniature objects I've ever machined. The primary challenge lay in fine-tuning the settings of the compact desktop CNC machine to prevent any chipping or damage to the intricate top section of the ring. The stems on the top taper down to a mere 0.8mm, which is about ten times the thickness of a human hair. While these rings weren't meant for practical wear, they did present a unique machining challenge.
